Apartment Manager

Experienced apartment manager with leasing experience needed. Spanish speaking preferred. The complex is located in Bethany. Can live on site. Salary commiserate with experience. You are the responsible person on-site, representing the owner. We are in the process of updating the community. As far as management, you’ll handle leasing, collections, and resident relations.
