Busy office is seeking a reliable administrative professional with strong front office skills. This position will work under the direct supervision of the Office Manager. Please read all the requirements and responsibilities of this position. We are looking for an individual who has the flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Primary Requirements include:
General computer skills / typing
Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently
Strong organizational skills
Good customer service skills
Problem resolution skills in troubleshooting title discrepancies, requesting necessary/missing paperwork, etc
Excellent Attendance and punctuality
Main work activities include:
- email and letter writing, answering the telephone and email enquiries, keeping diaries
- archiving contracts and related correspondences
- Handle administrative and office duties such as answering telephone calls, greeting clients onsite ordering office supplies and analyze and improve office processes and policies to ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly
- Schedule and manage appointments and calendar via Google Calendar and Outlook
- Assist with drafting client correspondences and engagement letters
Position is Part-Time
Position available: Immediately
Weekly Rate: 650$
