Best Price Auto Salvage is growing FAST and we’re looking to hire a career-driven full-time inventory specialist/salesperson.
Position: Full-time Auto Parts Inventory Specialist/Sales Person, M-F 9AM-6PM
Responsibilities:
Store and shelve inventory
Add auto parts to inventory software system
Sell auto parts in person and over the phone
Provide exceptional service to customers
Understand vehicle part names and components
Requirements:
Automotive experience/education is preferred but not required. On the job training can be provided, but common knowledge is needed.
Must have quick typing skills and be fast on a computer
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Pay scale is dependent on knowledge, experience, and training needed. 7-14 day training period is required to assess starting pay rate.
Must apply in person and take a skills test as part of the application process
Must be at least 18 years of age
Compensation:
$10-$15/hour
A $300 sign-on bonus is offered with this position at the completion of 3 months of employment, then an additional $300 at 6 months employment. Commission-based bonuses are also available to high volume salespersons. Higher paying positions are available to those who qualify (i.e. managers, inventory specialists, experience/understanding of salvage software system).
