This job opening is for a full-time entry level Tech Support position in an IT Services company. Computer and Networking knowledge or skills a plus but not necessary to apply. MUST be able to work consistently M-F 8-5, all weekends and major holidays off. Work from home option available, but must have a quiet place to work and concentrate without distraction. Primary responsibility will be to answer phones and emails, and then assist opening service tickets and managing support ticket list. Must have good communications and customer service skills, ALSO must be able to type efficiently, and be very comfortable using a computer .
Job Description:
Customer Service - answer phones, assist customers, open support tickets
Dispatch - assist with service scheduling, managing open tickets list
PC Support - assist low level PC maintenance and helpdesk related tasks
This job does allow significant room for advancement and growth.
