We are a national placement service specializing in Property Management, Construction and Real Estate Brokerage. We have multiple Apartment Property Management groups hiring permanent and temporary Apartment Maintenance, Make-Ready, Grounds and Housekeepers personnel.
We are currently looking for Direct Hire, Temporary and Temporary employees to start right away for positions all over the greater metro Denver area from Colorado Springs to Greeley
Various duties may include:
General daily apartment Maintenance duties:
Repair of appliances and HVAC
Pool maintenance
Light plumbing repairs and electrical repairs
Make-Ready of Apartments:
Clean, paint and prepare an apartment for move-ins
Grounds:
Clean outside grounds, mow, trim, plant flowers etc
Housekeeping:
Clean common areas, leasing offices and assist with make-readies
Any related experience and / or ability for the above positions will be considered.
Must be flexible, reliable and professional in dress and personality
