Description The Multimedia Instructional Developer works with the Instructional Systems Designer (ISDs) and senior developers to develop and maintain technical training material that is delivered in a classroom or integrated into the customer's learning management system for online delivery. They provide a variety of graphics and other media for web-based and instructor-led courses, and develop web-based lessons using Storyline 360. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one (1) year or more experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Required qualifications:
  • Experience creating custom graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of illustration, ability to optimize graphics to suit delivery method, and edit video.
  • Five (5) years' experience with development methodologies and tools such as InDesign, After Effects, Animate, PowerPoint, 3D Studio Max, Premiere Pro, Captivate or equivalent.
  • Experience editing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to be able to customize actions within Storyline.
  • A related degree is desired but not required.
Target salary range: $50,001 - $75,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
