The cashier's responsibilities include but are not limited to:Reviewing the service bill for accuracy and costCalculate customer's invoice utilizing dealership softwareEnsure appropriate manufacturer of 3rd party warranties were applied if applicableReceive proper method of payment from customers and record appropriate amount received on applicable repair orderRelay and customer customer concerns, questions, and/or needs to the service teamBe the voice of the dealership to ensure complete customer satisfaction was delivered Perform other duties as requested by management
