We're Curated.com. Curated helps golf customers make the right purchasing decisions by connecting them to gear nerds, golf pros, caddies, enthusiasts, industry professionals. By asking each customer a few simple questions, we are able to match them with the best expert to provide them with personalized recommendations.
We currently have 40+ "primary" golf experts and are currently looking to hire a few more members for our Special Ops team. "
As a member of our special ops team, your primary duty will be to make sure that all of our customers who send a message to a primary experts while they're offline (or busy) are taken care of. For example, John will work an expert shift from 9am-12pm but then works as an assistant pro from 1pm-9pm and needs a hand responding to customers during those hours. Thats where special ops comes in.
Likewise, you'll take care of any customers that come to our site during "off-hours" when no primary experts are online (9pm-6am) by following up, building rapport and offering golf club recommendations.
The primary requirements are strong golf-product knowledge (to fill in giving product advice) and customer service abilities.
The job is a contracted position and can be done 100% remotely.

-Knowledge of different clubs/brands/grips
-Customer Service skills are a plus for this role, specifically
-Previous sales experience is a plus

Time Windows were hiring for:
-1pm-6pm PST M-F
-1pm-6pm Sat./Sun. (with opportunities to cover midweek shifts)
-6pm-10pm Sat./Sun. (with opportunities to cover midweek shifts)
