Bilingual Customer Service Representative | Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full Time; 9am 6pm
$13-14 per hour

Required Experience:
Previous work experience with verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish
1+ year(s) experience in a call center environment
Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Swift data entry speed of at least 7,000 key strokes per hour with minimum 98% accuracy
Job Duties:
Take inbound calls from a queue
Assist in updating account information, correct billing issues, and assist in resolving technical issues through research and various tools provided
Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism
Be receptive to regular coaching and feedback, in order to achieve individual and team performance goals
Work with customers to resolve inquiries
Explain and inform new and existing customers regarding all products and services available
Maintain records, prepare specific reports, and update accounts as needed
