Dispatcher Wanted

What WE look for in YOU!
We want this position to be a great fit for you and for us. Possible candidates must possess the following requirements:
Must have proven experience as dispatcher.
Drug free and a clean background report
Must have basic knowledge of local geography and streets.
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
This person needs to be organized and able to disperse service calls to over 150-trucks.
Must have the common sense to prioritize dispatching according to urgency.
Route service technicians throughout the day to maximize time on-site and minimize drive time.
Eliminate as much downtime as possible by preplanning as the day changes.
Learn technicians' roles and abilities to maximize efficiency when dispersing calls.
Communicate with the technicians effectively.
Customer Service is a must! Work with the customers in a polite, friendly and respectful manner.
Work with department managers as work load and conditions change throughout the day.
