Auto shop receptionist
Job description:
Take calls, schedule appointments, coordinate with shop foreman, explain repairs needed, schedule pick-up, collect payment, follow up with customers, maintain online presence, and solicit reviews.
Other duties include reaching out to potential customers, recommending additional services, and assisting with other areas of the business as needed.
Must be outgoing, personable, well spoken, and have great people skills. Customer service and sales experience are preferred. Basic automotive knowledge is helpful but not necessary. We will train the right person.
