Analyzes trending issues and areas for improvement while acting as support escalation at various levels.Operates in an architect and implementation capacity on operational and project based initiatives that involve IAM, account life cycle management, access provisioning, OS/software installation and configuration including upgrades and patching, monitoring and reporting of supported systems, auditing and assessment of access and provisioned access.- The candidate should be familiar with the Identity & Access management domain.
- The candidate should have 2-3 years of administrative experience in SailPoint IIQ.
- Handling Incidents and implementing RFC activities
- Setup Audit and Access rules.
- Monitor the production IAM environment on a daily basis
- Log Analysis for the Creation/Modification & Deletion of User accounts
- Monitoring the Scheduled Jobs (Task Schedulers), taking the corrective Action if there are failures
- Performing the Reconciliation tasks manually
- Server Monitoring and maintenance of Disk Space
- Patch Update Management Mark/check load-balancer nodes and engage Load Balancer team in case of any outages
- Configuring and Maintaining configuration management server
- Create customer Object class & attributes based on client requirements
- Design and automate User ID creation and termination
- Implement and configure Virtual Directories with cluster
- Configure user repositories and manage Directory Services
- Publish and maintain the Production Support monitoring guidelines to be followed by Level 2 support team
- Performs second level of support for all IAM production issues, escalating to onsite support and working with Product Support Engineers as needed
- Provide system administration and maintenance support for Non-Production IAM environments (E.g. apply patches, data migrations, etc.)
- Owns the Level 2 Support Queue and manages all end user issues and handles IAM tickets and light duty user data management
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience preferred.
