Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Producer

We are accepting applications for an experienced Automotive Retail Finance & Insurance Producer.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and maintain comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration.Well-versed in both financing and leasing.Take turns as part of the F&I producing team.Track portfolio with lenders.Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely turn around on all deals.Ensure deals are fully compliant with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.Support the sales department in achieving its goals and work closely with the sales department on enforcement of proper selling methods.Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and world class customer service.Set and maintain finance department work schedule.
