- Using remote tools (Bomgar) to connect to a client machine and troubleshoot
- Thorough documentation of all work done within the ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbally)
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Virus and malware removal

- Installing software via SCCM
- 2 years' experience on a Service Desk or Desk Top Services
- Configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.)
- Excellent Troubleshooting Ability
- Windows 10 Working Knowledge
- Office 365 suite experience
- Some Technical Writing ability for knowledge base article creation
- Familiarity with Active Directory change password, unlock accounts, group membership
- Familiarity with SCCM Installing packages, verification
- Overtime to assist the team in coverage due to vacation and illness will be required as needed but not a regular expectation.
