IT Project Manager

Person must have Agile methodology experience, excellent communication and collaboration skills and able to facilitate across several areas to achieve successful outcomes.

Description of job duties Extensive knowledge of program and project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques Extensive knowledge of plan development and execution, scope planning, schedule development, cost estimating, budgeting, and control, quality planning assurance, organizational planning, communications planning, risk identification and risk response control Extensive knowledge of the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management Extensive knowledge of utilizing business applications for competitive advantage Extensive knowledge and understanding of business needs Extensive knowledge of analysis, design, and implementation experience with technologies Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Technical proficiency in hardware and systems software Extensive customer focus and ability to manage client expectations Extensive ability to develop and deliver programs and projects using leading-edge technology Extensive ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding Extensive teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels Ability to multi-task

Experience requiredExperience in project management, Agile/Scrum delivery and ceremonies, at least 5 to 7 years in PM role and technology.
