Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Manager to join the SQ Regional Operations Team . This position will be based out of either Tulsa, OK or Lafayette, IN .Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing supplier quality activities to ensure that suppliers' production and quality systems, special processes, products and services meet purchase contract requirements and applicable regulatory agency and government regulations

Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve supplier performance. Provides education and coaching on the Quality System

Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.

Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options - Tulsa or Lafayette.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher

5+ years of experience in program or project management

5+ years of experience working with internal and external stakeholders

Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, or Supplier Quality Specialist

5+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
