A Family needing a compassionate, honest, caring and fellow hands clean health guidelines , female caregiver that can follow family and Doctors instructions, willing to go the extra mile, give a lot of T.L.C. , help in everyday activities, can do TOTAL CARE ( Bathing, Toileting, laundry, housekeeping, Etc) , Dementia Care and can take full responsibility of an limited mobility elderly parent . Caregiver will need good references and be able to pass a drug and background check.

-Â Location (Broken Arrow)Â
- Need to be Flexible with Hours
- Morning shift ( 2 to 3 hours) starting from 10:30 AM
- Afternoon/evening shift ( 5 to 6 hours ) starting from 3PM
-Â Employment type: Part time( up to 20 hours per week)Â / Full time ( 26 to 40 hours per week)

Compensation:
Starting pay:Â $12 - $14 based on the experience.
- an evaluation and a raise of up to $1 in 6 to 12 months from starting dayÂ
RAISES will be based on (but not limited to)Â :
- Be willing to learn and adjust to our way of taking care of Mother
- Be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays (All year)
-Â Be dependable and be very punctual. Show up on time and stay till the end of scheduled shifts
- Must have DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION and a valid Driver's LicenseÂ
- Must have a working and accessible PERSONAL CELL PHONE (including during work hours)
- Must be able to answer phone/text quicklyÂ
More details:
Caregiver duties include but not limited to:
- Help with activities of daily living like dressing, bathing, toileting, incontinence issues and may be sometime help with Feeding
- Client is limited mobile and will need Aid with transferring in and out of bed or chair.( caregiver must not have any back problems)
- Assist with physical therapy and messages.Â
- Prepare meals, cleans house (light housekeeping) and laundry.
- Following the care plan as directed by Doctor and Family.
In more detail:
- Assisting with bathing grooming and hygiene -( This can include but is not limited to: shampooing hair, finger and toenail care, brushing teething, and showering).
- Feeding assistance.Â
