CNC Programmer $24.82 1st shift

Programs and sets-up CNC Lathes and Milling Machines. Able to generate code and programs for CNC machines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to use solid models or drawings to create code for machines.

Programs and sets up CNC machines to manufacture parts per drawings or instructions.

Coordinates 1st article inspections on all parts.

Performs time studies to find most efficient method of producing products.

Ensures correct tooling for the job is being utilized.

Assists Supervisor in overseeing production operations and scheduling.

Helps advance skills of lower level CNC machinists.

Assigns work to others and becomes responsible for that work.

Meets all production quotas.

Spends time on the floor. Operates machines as needed.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interfaces with Engineering as required

Utilizes Cam programming software

Visualizes and studies blueprints

Utilizes critical thinking skills

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree or formal training/certification in programming and operating CNC machines

Minimum 5 years of experience in programming and operating CNC machines

Experience with micrometers, calipers and other precision tools

Intermediate computer skills (Cam software, SolidWorks, AutoCad, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Mathematical skills including geometry and trigonometry

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Ability to follow detailed and complex instructions

1ST SHIFT 5:00am-5:00pm $20.88 Hr.

Machines parts according to specifications for assemblies as well as build/repair parts. Makes repair parts for maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reads and interprets blueprints and drawings.

Builds and repairs parts.

Operates various machines in the production of precision parts, molds, dies, etc.

Reworks molds and tools that are damaged in production.

Completes all necessary paperwork related to job.

Assists in upgrading machine shop skills and capabilities of lesser skilled employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certified apprenticeship completion plus 3 years post apprenticeship experience, or 10 years experience in trade.

Proficient in setup and operation of conventional and CNC machines.

Welding ability and CNC experience preferred.

Use of hand tools common to trade.

Weights, measures and metric conversions.

Math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometry, trigonometry.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

CNC MACHINIST 1 $14.81

1st shift 5:00am-5:00pm $14.81 hr.

2nd shift 5:00pm-5:00am $14.81 with $1.00 night differential pay.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Test molds to ensure proper operation and to establish production procedures to maximize production, minimize waste and ensure quality parts are produced. Collect materials/parts and walk through test process. Fill out test forms.

MAINTENANCE II TECHNICIAN $16.14

2ND SHIFT: 5:00PM-5:00AM with $1.00 Night Shift Differential

POSITION SUMMARY:

To maintain or repair equipment and facilities including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic machinery to keep production running. Perform preventative maintenance. Assist Level III Maintenance when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose basic problems of inoperative equipment or faulty conditions.

Repair or recommend repair of equipment with faulty properties.

Read basic blueprints and equipment manuals.

Do metal fabrication.

Perform preventative maintenance as required.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

MATERIAL HANLDER $11.50

1ST SHIFT: 5AM-5PM $11.50 HR.

Organize, store and transport materials, parts and supplies to and from various departments as needed to insure smooth and uninterrupted flow of the manufacturing process. Assure that paperwork and quantity are correct on orders. Keep warehouse orderly and orders are pulled first in/first out.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Transport material, parts and supplies to and from various departments.

Assure that all work orders are correct before being accepted .

Put stock away in correct locations at the end of day with correct paperwork.

Load/unload truck as needed.

Move material with forklift if not enough to load truck.

Keep warehouse shelves organized.

Pull all sales orders correctly ( quantity and parts).

Put items away in the same location that you pulled them from.

Follow all safety rules.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/GED

Have valid Oklahoma Drivers license and clean driving record, drive a standard shift

POSITION SUMMARY:

Installs, Fabricates, and repairs Hydraulic, Electrical, and Pneumatic Machines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining Hydraulic Presses to insure they are safe and functioning correctly.

Troubleshooting Electrical, Hydraulic issues while coming up with a corrective action or repair.

Steel fabrication using a welder, Mill, and Lathe as needed.

Applies all types of pre-coat applications using both conventional spray techniques and brushes.

Cleans and prepares surface of articles to be painted.

Loads and moves materials to work area

Reads work orders.

Mixes paint.

Meets quota for parts painted per hour.

Completes labor ticket daily

Cleans work area.

Performs other routine duties.

Counting.

1 Year of industrial spray painting experience.
