Leasing Manager I:
Make a Difference in Supportive Housing!
The Mental Health Association Oklahoma is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee the operations of our residential property. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our residents while maximizing the property's financial health.
Responsibilities include managing resident relations, including leasing, complaints, and occupancy. Supervising staff and ensure adherence to Association policies. Maintain property upkeep and enforce lease agreements and help coordinate with social service agencies to connect residents with resources.
We're looking for a candidate with an associate degree or strong experience in property management or affordable housing. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to manage staff, residents, and external agencies. The ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities is key to keeping the property running smoothly. Reliable transportation is required for occasional travel and fulfilling job duties.
