We are looking for ONE highly motivated and positive attitude professional to manage two mobile home parks within a few miles of each other. Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality, retail, real estate management are strongly encouraged to apply.
This position requires strong willingness to manage collections, park violations, oversee community staff and maintenance personnel, resolve conflict, and most importantly drive sales. Must be able to work independently and resolve daily problems.
We offer a robust and competitive compensation package for the ideal candidate.
Annual salary ranging from $31,200 to $35,360 paid bi-weekly along with paid time off, and we offer a strong IRA company plan.
