Do You have office and property management experience? If yes great! You move to the top of our list. We are looking for an experienced Apartment Manager for a 54 unit apartment community in Bartlesville, with LITCH requirements. The owner of the property has a strong commitment to maintain community standards and assist those with affordable housing needs.
We need a strong manager who can show apartments, process applicant paperwork, pay bills, make deposits, send notices, follow up with move out procedures and supervise maintenance.
