Experienced Property Manager (Pryor Ok)
Come be a part of a small, quiet, well maintained 68 unit single story apartment community located in Pryor, Oklahoma.
Job Description:
Handle record keeping, reporting, rental revenue, delinquencies, late notices, 3-day notices, resident relations
Arrange maintenance and upkeep of property
Process apartment applications and lease renewals
Ensure timely apartment turnovers, moves-in, move-outs, and work order requests are completed
Purchases supplies and equipment for use
Ensure office is opened on time and that office and vacant apartments are maintained in presentable condition.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an on-site property manager in an apartment community
High School Diploma
Knowledgeable in: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs
Must have a valid driver drive license and proof of auto insurance
Ability to multitask
Ability to work with and around people in a positive and cooperative manner
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to perform well without supervision
Compensation:
Salary position, negotiable, experience dependent.
Onsite living not a requirement, but can be discussed.
