Seeking an EXPERIENCED Real Estate Maintenance Tech. See attached Job Summary. Our commercial tenants as well as our residential clients ARE OUR CUSTOMERS. We need a person that looks sharp, is dependable and has a curteous nature. Normal Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.hour for lunch.Although rare, there are some "after hours" calls, which will be paid at time and a half.
We will start the 1st 90 days off under an independent contractor agreement.following the 90 period we will move to, IF desired, to a w-2 employee.
