Qualifications :
Successful completion of in-house training courses covering sales, merchandise, financing & warranties.
Successful and relevant sales experience is useful but not required.
Having an outgoing personality is a must, as you will come in contact with a wide variety of customers and we need to be able to adapt.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-confidence, resiliency and ability to accept frequent rejections.
Physical ability to stand and walk around sales floor for extended periods, and occasionally move small items and accessories throughout the store.
Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
Educate customers about features/benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Must pass and maintain clear criminal background checks, drug screens
$11.50/hour plus incentives to start.
Post offer drug and background screens will be performed.
