Need an experienced handyman who is able to do renovate small houses and repairs in between tenants in our rental properties. Must have ample of skills to do light electrical, Light plumbing, sheet rock work.
Must have his own tools.
Must have vehicle to move around from site to site.
Must be drug free.
Will accept part time applicants on case to case basis.
