Exciting work you will do:
  • Support core Program & Project Management Deliverables as required by the executive stakeholder teams (status, scoping documents, etc.)
  • Partner with the Product & Engineering leadership to escalate issues, risks, and / or help needed
  • Partner closely with Scrum teams and assist with their transition to agile coaching methods
  • Collaborate with broader program management team to align plans and elevate macro risks
  • Participate and aid in facilitation of Workshops

What you will Need:
  • 5+ years of project and program management experience
  • Adaptability - able to see how the team is working and jump into their current flow
  • Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity
  • Experience working in large matrixed environments
  • Experience facilitating discovery / work break down
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of a program (Sr Director to Team Member)
  • Ability to get in deep in the details while also understanding how they relate to the bigger picture
  • Digital and ecommerce experience a plus
