Exciting work you will do: General Program Management - Driving the end-to-end program management for a one of the key cross-functional Client programs.
  • Manage core Program / Project Management activities and artifacts, including status reporting, delivery plans, issue / risk management, etc.
  • Manage milestone plans & progress tracking
  • Define information organization & management standards to make work visible across all partner teams
  • Manage core program routines & cadences
  • Partner closely with business, technology, commercial analytics, and vendor teams to develop and manage delivery plans - Role will be a key liaison with vendor partner
  • Support core Program & Project Management Deliverables (status, scoping documents, etc.)
  • Partner with the Product & Engineering leadership to escalate issues, risks, and / or help needed
  • Collaborate with broader program management team to align plans and elevate macro risks
  • Participate and aid in facilitation of Workshops; May include vendor blueprinting, work breakdown / scoping, project planning, etc. sessions

What you will need:
  • Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity
  • Experience connecting dots across Business & Technology teams to drive towards a common outcome
  • Experience working in large matrixed environments
  • Experience facilitating discovery / work break down
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of a program (Snr Director to Team Member)
  • Ability to get in deep in the details while also understanding how they relate to the bigger picture"
