We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst who will partner with the Footwear Product Merchandising organization to drive sustainable and profitable growth for a segment of the Footwear business through the product creation lifecycle.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need a self-starter who can deliver results in ambiguous situations using strategic and financial insights, both written and visual, to help influence cross-functional partners. The candidate needs to have strong attention to detail and the ability to translate financial metrics across a wide range of cross-functional audiences. We are also seeking a team player who is curious to learn and driven to develop their skillset.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will partner with our Product Teams to translate strategic margin targets into seasonal margin plans while ensuring alignment with leadership. You will proactively identify the financial implications of product decisions and articulate solutions that meet the needs of business partners. You will track margin attainment each season and work with the product teams on scenario plans to improve margin. You will provide ad hoc margin analysis to the team and be a strategic business partner to influence price, cost and demand.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work closely with both Finance and cross-functional partners. Finance partners include peers within Consumer and Product Merchandising Finance. Cross-functional partners include Product Management, Cost Engineering, Dimension leadership and Consumer Planning.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or a closely related field; or combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
  • MBA is a plus
  • 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting preferred
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and to run financial models
  • Proven experience in effectively supporting and working with senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Footwear processes, events, and costing from product concept to delivery is a plus
