Exciting work you will do:
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for workstream team interactions, development, cadences and offsites within the context of an evolving teamwork dynamic requirement as product model changes create new methods for achieving client's mission.
  • Work closely with multiple Portfolio Team on alignment of program management practices to drive an integrated portfolio.
  • Understand and provide visibility to coordinated roadmap work within partner teams.
  • Communicate outcomes and predictive metrics to senior leadership to clear escalated blocking items in a timely manner that supports achievement of key milestones.
  • Lead development of workshop agendas, plan activities to achieve critical objectives, and coordinate general logistics and setup.
  • Lead participants through the approved agenda
  • Facilitate planning, tracking and alignment across the workstream and dependent teams to ensure the strategies are translated into tangible business outcomes and program
  • limited to, introductions/ice-breakers, ground rules & expectations, agenda reviews, foundational education of topics and group activities to apply learnings from topics to upcoming work.
  • Topics subject to change based on real time feedback collected throughout program. plans using the Client's preferred framework.
  • Facilitate creation of cross-team dependency mapping in coordination with program planning and existing team cadences, working in conjunction with Portfolio teams and other enterprise partners to achieve business outcomes
