Our client, a leading fortune company is looking for a
Benefits Specialist. This is for an initial duration of 6 months and is located in Beaverton, OR. Responsibilities: Administration activities include the following:- Processing Qualified Medical Child Support Orders
- Enrollment appeal requests
- Daily ticket assignment and processing of manual enrollments
- Complete employee benefit verification request and Medicare forms
- Deliver service excellence to managers and employees by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to their inquiries and transactions
- Review current operational processes and tools, recommend improvements and document new processes
- 1-2 years of Administrative support experience
- Experience developing practices and processes and driving program results thru project and program execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, energetic, service-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong attention to details
- Able to multi task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline
- Make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Working knowledge of HR SAP is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business or equivalent preferred
- Benefits/health plan experience preferred
