You will be stationed at Nike's WHQ Headquarters (located in Beaverton), where customers bring their issues directly to you. You will also be dispatched throughout the state-of-the-art Nike Campus to assist users at their desks, offices, conference rooms, etc. Experience in all areas of Apple Devices is critical. ResponsibilitiesSupporting AV equipment in large corporate environmentAbility to deliver quality customer service to Nike business operations personnel.Ability to maintain trouble free accessibility of AV equipment, conference rooms, and web-based meeting solutionsAbility to setup, organize, develop practice sessions, and assist with features and functionality for web-based conferences and meetingsEnsure broken equipment and/or services are restored to service in a timely mannerProactive room sweeps (functionality checks of all components for Nike employee use), including asset auditingTrack and resolve customer incidents and requests through the ServiceNow ticketing toolAssist other support groups such as networking, server and telecommunication teams as neededConference room equipment support and meeting supportFollow and update existing KB articlesAll other duties and tasks as assigned

RequirementsTechnical proficiency in the area of conference room operations, video conferencing systems, equipment, software, accessory devices and general audio-visual principlesBasic understanding and ability to read construction drawings of floor plans, as well as system and control diagramsSkills necessary to determine the solution and root cause of issueKnowledge of design and installation practices of AV systems and servicesBasic understanding or experience operating both MAC & Windows OSBasic understanding or experience interacting with networks (wired or wireless) and must be able to support networked solutions for video conferencing and control system networkingExperience using Microsoft Office suiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood technical writing skills and a willingness to document all work performedAbility to do in-depth research and troubleshooting for complex technical issuesAbility to complete all work tasks with minimal supervisionStrong customer service experience in a corporate environmentExcellent time management skills to prioritize workloadAbility to walk, bend and lift equipment up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties of connecting computer and AV/VC equipmentHigh level of professionalism and strong personal interaction skillsHigh level of flexibility and the ability to positively respond to changes in work requirementsAbility to operate and communicate effectively while under pressure is essentialAbility to communicate and interact with both technical and non-technical customersAbility and willingness to learn new technologies Required Minimum Experience:1 to 3 years of experience in desktop supportAV experience/Conferencing support experience preferred (setting up meeting rooms)Experience in both Windows and MAC support is a must Preferred Certifications:Comp TIA A+MCDST - Microsoft Certified Desktop Support TechnicianACSP: Apple Certified Support Professional or ACDT: Apple Certified Desktop TechnicianMCSA - Windows 10
