THE COMPANY:
We are a parts distributor of construction equipment.
THE POSITION:
We are looking for a full time (8-5, M-F) bookkeeper to begin at $25-$28 an hour depending on experience
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as a bookkeeper
Extremely proficient with QuickBooks
Responsibilities include:
Accounts payable & receivable
Payroll through PayChex
Bank account reconciliation
Working closely with CPA
Corporate, auto, and medical insurances
Credit card processing
Invoicing
Interact with vendors and customers
Answering phone during office hours
THE LOCATION:
While this is for a remote/home-based employee, our bookkeeper will need to live in Bend, Oregon due to the need to check our corporate mailbox, make bank deposits, and be available for impromptu face to face meetings.
