Arrived, a vacation rental business, is looking for a reservations and guest experience specialist to join our Bend team. We are looking for someone with the following skills that can help us deliver excellent guest service.
Skills/Background:
-Experience in the travel industry, reservations, hospitality, sales and marketing are a plus but not required.
-Technology proficiency.
-Ability to demonstrate an above-and-beyond ethic of service while maintaining company policies and procedures
-Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner over the phone, email, text and chat with proper grammar and spelling
-Friendly and outgoing personality with a willingness to adapt to change
-Availability to work weekdays, evenings, holidays and weekends. Schedule may vary. Part or Full Time.
Primary Tasks:
-Respond to in-house and past guests, via phone, email, text and instant messaging
-Ensure all reservations related integrations between our company’s software and other software that we use, are working seamlessly, as well as implementing new technology as needed
-Perform all other reservation functions including communicating with operations team to ensure check-ins and in-house guests are assisted in a timely manner
-Resolve guest concerns in a positive manner
-Communicate with in-house guests to ensure their needs are being met
-Collect and process payments for reservations.
-Foster creative ideas to encourage “happy guests”
-On occasion, interact with homeowners either over the phone or through email who may have questions about a reservation, statement or other concerns
