We are looking for drivers. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy driving this could be for you. Successful candidate will have a good command of a cell phone (yours) and communicate via text. You must be able to use a GPS, and be computer literate. We require good attention to detail, consistent attendance and superior performance.
As a medical courier you will conduct an important service to the medical community. We need employees who will represent our company in a positive, polished, and friendly manner. The company operates 24 hours a day all year round.
For this position you will be working Wednesday through Sunday. Hours are approximately 2:30 PM -10:30 PM Wednesday through Friday, and 10am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday.
You will pickup and deliver lab specimens and/or various other items on a route or via special delivery. Every day is different and interesting. You will be driving all over Central Oregon (Redmond, Madras, Prineville, and La pine). We prefer applicants located in Bend or Redmond but if you are willing to drive in we will consider other Central Oregon cities.
Pay starts at $13 /hour, employees earn up to one week of Paid Time Off per year. You drive our vehicle and you are paid while training. Performance evaluation after 120 days. Hire bonus after 6 months
Given the Central Oregon climate, you must be able to drive in all kinds of weather.
REQUIREMENTS of the position:
1) Clean driving record.
2) Pass background check and drug screen.
3) Over 20 yrs age
4) Be able to lift 50 pounds
5) Dress code (company logo wear)
6) NO TOBACCO USE during business hours
