Dog Daycare Attendant
Location: Bend, OR
Employment: Full- or Part-Time | On-Site
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Mountain Dogs is Bend’s new premier destination for dog daycare, grooming, and boarding. With over 20 years of experience from our sister business, City Dogs in Washington, DC, we provide safe, enrichment-based care in a fear-free environment designed for dogs to thrive.
Role Overview
As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you’ll supervise and engage with dogs in a safe, positive, and controlled play environment. Responsibilities include monitoring behavior, maintaining cleanliness, providing basic care, completing daily reports, and communicating effectively with the team and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise dogs at all times and report concerns promptly
Clean and sanitize play areas following established protocols
Feed and water dogs per schedule and record in Gingr software
Engage dogs using enrichment and positive reinforcement
Communicate clearly with Front Desk and fellow staff
Qualifications
Experience in dog daycare or animal care preferred
Calm, observant, and dependable in fast-paced settings
Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Attention to detail and adherence to safety and cleaning protocols
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Expectations
Follow fear-free and positive reinforcement handling standards
Engage respectfully with dogs and clients at all times
Reliable, honest, and have a genuine love for dogs and their well-being
