Your main duty as a prep cook is that you are responsible for the preparation of food before and after cooking with regards to the standards and recipes of Crux. You will need to make sure that everything is in order - from the prepping of food up to cleaning after cooking.
As a Dishwasher your primary role will be to clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. You will also be assigned packaging shifts where you will be assisting the brewers with packaging.
