We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef.
Job Description:
Your main focus is bringing leadership to the back of the house staff, learning multiple stations, following set procedures, helping in the daily operations of the kitchens and assisting the kitchen team and Executive Chef. The Sous will also assist in developing seasonal menus, weekly specials, and ordering/managing inventory
Full time position with schedule of 4 ten hour shifts and three days off a week.
Position is hourly but a salaried position and pay is negotiable depending on experience.
