We are in search of part-time and full-time Front Desk Team Members. We are open Monday through Thursday, 7am-7pm and Fridays 7am-5pm. Specific shift will be determined at a later date. The preferred candidate will have at least two years of experience in a medical front desk environment.
Job Requirements:
Scheduling patients
Insurance verification, authorization and explanation of benefits to the patients
An excellent work ethic and self-motivation
Ability and willingness to treat all patients with the utmost kindness and consideration
Type: at least 35 wpm
Ability to travel for training and work
Telephone voice/answering skills
Organization, accuracy, multi-tasking
Ask patients for co-pays and payments
Count and balance money received during shift
Physical stamina, ability to walk, bend, sit, and stand
Ability to file alphabetically
Show understanding and compassion
Honesty and integrity
Memorization
Computer literate, basic understanding
Ability to work in high stimulation area
