We are looking at bringing on an experienced individual in residential/commercial construction to help facilitate our business operations in Central Oregon. Our company is a general construction company doing multiple trades of work. We specialize in commercial, industrial, and residential projects in the scopes of: Interior and exterior remodeling, additions, TI projects, concrete, pavers, hardscapes, outdoor living, additions and roof covers, pole barns, painting, decks, excavation, snow removal, development, and a several other trades. The work is always changing between these trades so your not doing the same thing every day of the year. Our team is fun, respectful, and honest.

We are a smaller company comprised of 3-5 guys year round.
Daily Tasks:
-Supplier product pickup
-Labor on jobs
-Commercial service calls
-Meetings with clients to discuss projects etc
-Job site takeoffs for material ordering
-Driving truck and trailer to job sites
Requirements:
-Must have own reliable transportation for different job sites
-Previous construction experience is required (2 years minimum)
-Must be willing to start work early and work late if needed (Snow Removal)
-Usually between 7:00/8:00-3:30/5:00 (some jobs may require earlier start or later finish times)
-Must be physically in shape in order to lift over 80lbs daily
-Experience towing trailers preferred
-Equipment operation experience is required
-Full background check (required for commercial facilities)
Job Package:
-Hourly or Salary pay
-$35 - $40+/hr or $73k - $83k+ annually
-Two weeks paid time off per year
-Company truck
