Job Information: Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys that practice in the areas of business, estate planning, litigation and municipal law, while maintaining the goodwill and reputation of the Firm, as well as maintaining the highest level of professional conduct and confidentiality. Use your versatile skills and years of experience to handle a wide variety of assignments in a fast-paced, professional, team-oriented work environment.
Primary Duties: Primary responsibilities include working closely with attorneys in the preparation of estate planning documents, business formation documents, business contracts and real estate documents; preparing correspondence with clients and other professional advisors; fielding telephone and email inquiries from clients; and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities also include some transcription, docketing and filing, as well as handling overflow work for legal assistant staff, filling in for vacations and absences.
Requirements: The successful candidate will be a well-organized self-starter with the ability to work independently utilizing good judgment, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will also possess excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading abilities, written and oral communication skills and proven ability to analyze information. Experience with electronic document storage/filing and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required, and experience working in the business and litigation practice areas a plus.

Regular schedule is 8:30 5:00, Monday Friday with 1 hour lunch (37.5 hours/week), with additional hours required at times.
