Candidates will be trained on how to build the assemblies from start to finish using work instructions and small tools. Anyone from an electronics background or who is comfortable working with small parts/tools would be perfect for the role. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is necessary!Job Duties:Handles and process materials per work instructions and proceduresPerform quality and performance testing per work instructions and proceduresUse process equipment and tooling per work instructions and proceduresPerform at an acceptable rate of throughputComplete documentation per proceduresMaintain tools, equipment and work areasMay be required to train new specialists in assigned functionCommunicate upstream any in-line material or process issuesWork safely and follow all safety protocolsCommunicate effectively and work well with othersQualifications:HS Diploma or GED preferredAbility to read, understand, and comply with step-by-step instructions in EnglishAbility to visually inspect features of less than 1mmGood hand/eye coordination for assembling small componentsGood organization skills to work in organized manner to maintain segregation of orders/materialsBasic documentation, computer and math skillsIf you'd like to apply, please email resume to jmalyche@aerotek.com!
