Accounting Assistant/Office Administrator
Pacwest Builders is a residential custom home builder and remodeler, located in Bend, OR. This position provides support to the offsite controller and to the office staff in Bend.
Main Responsibilities:
Greet Clients
Answer Phones
Sort Mail
Create and maintain job binders for all jobs
AP Data Entry
Prepare Bank Deposits
Marketing Mailings
Run AP Checks
Contract & AP Filing for all jobs
Maintain AP Open & Paid Files
Run & collect lien waivers
Maintain Subcontractor Insurance Certs
Support Controller
Qualifications & Requirements:
10 years experience
Excel/Word, spreadsheet creation
Sage 100
Wages & Benefits:
Part-time to Full-time Position
