Security Support Technician
We are looking for a highly professional person to work as a Security Support Consultant with a new DIY Security Start-up Corporation.
This is an office position, not an installer or service technician.
The best candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service. Writing skills and excellent communication skills are important.
Preference will be given to technicians with Qolsys & 2 GIG experience.
The job duties will include:
Reading and interpreting installation and product manuals.
Evaluating, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems.
Training and Communicating with Staff, customers, and manufacturers.
Input into purchasing and contracting decisions.
Performing other duties as assigned.
