We are looking for a few dynamic sales representatives to join our hard-working team at Mazama Media, a digital marketing agency. Were focused on helping our clients increase sales and profitability through online digital marketing and advertising. With the right person, there is a large potential for growth and to help build a team.
Who we are looking for:
- A strong closer
- Experienced with B2B phone and in person sales
- Comfortable operating in an incentive and reward-based environment
- POSITIVE and CONFIDENT!
- Persistent, self motivated and ambitious
- Familiar with SEO/SEM/Pay Per Click (not required, but it is helpful)
Day-to-day duties:
- Cold-call potential clients in order to sell our Digital Marketing solutions including Social Media, SEO, SEM, and paid search.
- Build rapport with the business decision-makers
- Learn about various industries in order to speak our clients' language
- Follow up on leads from the sales operations team as they come in
- Facilitate service agreements upon close
- Contribute to team effort by being accountable to your goals
- Maintain quality service by utilizing and enforcing organization standards.
- Stay up to date on trends, lingo, and ever-changing opportunities and products
- Maintain client relationships as needed by working with account managers to providing support and guidance.
- Some light travel is required from-time to-time
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience
- Cold call experience and proven success
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Energetic, resourceful and creative about finding solutions; must have a can-do attitude
- Persuasive and professional on the phone
- Negotiation and Prospecting Skills
- Experience at building strong relationships with prospects and peers
- STRONG DESIRE TO SELL!
