WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A TEAM MEMBER
Full Time is considered four/five days a week.
Part time is considered two/three days a week.
Please be available to work at least one day each weekend.

YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE…
Currently we are OPEN 6 days a week Wednesday-Sunday
Hours 9am – 4pm (late appointments from 4pm – 6pm will be scheduled if requested).
You will have 4.5 – 5.5 client hours per shift (when shift is fully booked).
We try to consolidate shifts if the schedule is not filled to avoid gaps in your day.
There is time built into the schedule between clients for proper sanitation practices.
There is time built into the schedule for a 30-minute lunch break.
The Front Desk staff answers the phones and does the laundry.

Our Therapist Trade program encourages you to give and receive treatments within your TEAM.
Shibui “Immediate Family” pricing on gift certificates and services is available after 90 days.
You will receive a 40% DISCOUNT ON Retail purchases (after 90 days).
You will receive 10% to 20% commissions on retail sales.
You are eligible for discounts at FivePine Lodge both in retail and lodging.
You will receive a Continuing Ed Contact hours once you are done with your training (about 13.5 hrs. total).
You will receive specialized training in areas of wellness such as Detox and Ayurveda.
Scheduled yearly trainings with outside instructors and Industry leads.
Extensive COVID-19 protocol standards are always maintained (training is provided).
Shibui Spa has Exceptional clientele and with high repeat client potential.
EMPLOYEE WAGE PACKAGE
Guaranteed Oregon State minimum wage for all hours on the clock with automatic yearly increases.
You will also receive a “Commission Per Service”. This commission is calculated on a 60 min base treatment with additional commissions for specific treatments.
Your individual “Commission Per Service” is based on experience.
You will be given the opportunity to make additional commissions for UPGRADING your clients experience with the potential of up to $7.00 TO YOU per upgrade.
Combined, your hourly wage and commissions offer a competitive pay rate per service.
You will receive 100% of gratuities collected – normally at least 20% of sales.
