Restoration Estimator with minimum 2 years of Xactimate experience
Sierra James is a Bend, OR-based custom remodel and disaster restoration contractor. We have one the most experienced disaster restoration teams in Central Oregon. We are growing our team and need an experienced Restoration Estimator with at least 2 years of Xactimate experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
experience with and understanding of construction practices for residential and light commercial disaster restoration insurance claims.
a solid working knowledge of Xactimate and Office 365.
restoration/mitigation project management experience
an understanding of best practices for the restoration of mitigated water/fire/mold/structural damage projects and the costs and timelines commensurate with those scopes of work.
IICRC certifications.
the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and crews.
a professional, organized, and dependable attitude and work ethic.

Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
This is a full-time salaried position. Benefits and pay based upon experience.
