  • Performs repair and maintenance along with process support for assigned work area to enable business objectives with an emphasis on safety.
  • Maintains equipment and tooling by performing preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Diagnosis problems with equipment and tooling and completes corrective actions using sound troubleshooting skills.
  • Uses plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and or rough sketches or drawings to dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment.
  • Performs equipment modifications as directed by engineering to improve equipment performance, safety, or maintainability.
  • Partners with cross functional organizations (purchasing, engineering, facilities, and management) to coordinate repairs.
  • Applies knowledge of job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex specialized assignments/tasks in innovative and effective ways.
  • Assists with training on equipment sets to include documentation, theory of operation, daily maintenance, operation, and simple troubleshooting.
  • Promotes teamwork on and across shifts and programs.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
  • Certify to process operations requirements to provide operational coverage when necessary. Education and experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years related experience.

  • Maintenance technician supporting the 3D powder fill and packaging line.
  • Individuals in this position are expected to be a multi-disciplined engineering support technical resource for the operation, repair, maintenance, and enhancement of wide variety of 3D products, technology systems and other related equipment sets, with an emphasis on safety.
  • The primary responsibility of this individual is to provide technical support to the engineering teams through the development cycle of new 3D products.
  • This will involve working with a team to resolve complex technical issues using a wide variety of technical skills, including running processes and experiments, post processing, cleaning and maintaining lab space and equipment, etc. Required Skills
  • Ability to apply knowledge in relative areas of technologies (Electronics, Computer Science, Vacuum Technology, Pneumatics, Mechanics, Optics) Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
