We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Best Western Corvallis TEAM with great customer service.
The candidate should be confident, friendly and have an outgoing personality someone who enjoys continuous guest interaction and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly attitude. Our front desk agents must be kind and considerate to guests and fellow team members with good salesmanship and computer skills.
The Front Desk position shift will be for over night shifts 11:00pm to 7:00am.
Duties will include:
Greeting and registering guests
Settling the guest's account
Making and modifying hotel reservations in our Property Management System
Computer processing/data entry
General concierge duties
Assisting all guests via phone, email or in person
Assisting multiple supervisors with various daily tasks
Preparing breakfast for guests
Positive and upbeat personality
Desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
Hospitality experience preferred but not necessary
Must be able to night and swing shifts including holidays and weekends
Keen attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Problem solving in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers
Excellent communication skills
