Equipment Operator – Automatic Bagger & Stacking Machine
Location: Albany, OR
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr, with room for growth
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Equipment Operator for a reputable manufacturing company in Albany, OR. If you have experience operating and maintaining automatic bagger and stacking machines, along with strong technical skills, we want to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Automatic Bagger Machine – Set up, operate, and monitor the automatic bagger machine to ensure seamless packaging. Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Operate Stacking Machine – Manage the stacking machine to properly organize and palletize packaged products. Ensure stacking patterns and pallet configurations meet company standards.
Quality Control & Maintenance – Conduct regular quality checks and resolve any product discrepancies. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and sanitization of equipment.
Documentation & Safety Compliance – Record production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities. Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as an Equipment Operator preferred.
Computer knowledge to manage machine operations and troubleshoot issues.
Ability to read technical manuals and interpret diagrams.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and operate machinery safely.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
