Looking for a dependable person with reliable transportation to help turn and remodel apartments so they are ready to rent to future tenants.
Verifiable painting experience is a must, any additional construction experience is a plus!
This will start as full time but could change to part time depending on work load sometime after first of the year. Will definitely go back to full time in the early spring.
